At the Midlands Veteran Engagement Council (MVEC), our core values reflect a disciplined, mission-first approach to serving veterans and their families. Our work is veteran-centered and family-focused, grounded in inclusive, integrated, and flexible solutions that are community driven and accessible to those we serve. We are solutions-oriented and outcomes-driven, using data to inform decisions, measure impact, and hold ourselves accountable. We prioritize sustainability and continuity to ensure long-term effectiveness beyond short-term initiatives. Our coalition operates on roles, responsibilities, and shared standards—not personalities—so progress is consistent and resilient.
